DEFENSE-IN-DEPTH ARCHITECTURE

Engineered from silicon to firmware to eliminate every attack vector.

True security requires isolating cryptographic secrets entirely from connected machines. Our hardware wallets implement a multi-layered barrier where physical tamper resistance, verifiable firmware, and cold isolation operate in harmony.

PHYSICAL & HARDWARE LAYER

01

Secure Element Chip (EAL6+)

Dedicated military-grade microcontrollers with physical tamper mesh, fault injection defenses, and side-channel attack countermeasures to keep master private keys strictly isolated.

FIRMWARE & ISOLATION LAYER

02

Custom Hardened Micro-OS

Monolithic, deterministic operating system executing only cryptographically signed binaries. Eliminates unneeded system services and isolates cryptographic apps from one another.

03

Air-Gapped Cold Philosophy

No direct wireless interfaces or vulnerable pathways. Transactions are parsed on-device and verified on an independent trusted screen before signing, providing true offline certainty.

EXECUTION & COLD STORAGE

Protocol Guidelines

24-Word Recovery Phrase Rules

RULE 01

Zero Digital Footprint

Never photograph, screenshot, type, or store your 24 words on any internet-connected device. Avoid cloud storage, password managers, text files, and messaging apps under all circumstances.

Security Vector: Total Air-Gap Isolation

RULE 02

Physical Steel or Paper Media

Engrave or punch your recovery seed onto stainless steel plates to protect against fire, water damage, corrosion, and physical degradation. Store paper backups exclusively in fireproof, sealed containers.

Material Spec: 304/316 Stainless Steel Grade

RULE 03

Device-Only Verification

Never input your recovery seed into any desktop application, browser extension, or website. Only enter words directly on the physical hardware wallet screen using its onboard buttons or touch interface.

Defense Mechanism: Zero Input Capture

RULE 04

Geographic Redundancy

Maintain primary and secondary backups in distinct physical locations (e.g., home safe and secure deposit box). Ensure neither copy is accessible to unauthorized third parties or exposed to single-point disasters.

Operational Model: Multi-Location Redundancy

Phishing Awareness & Defense

Scam Prevention: Spotting Real vs. Fake Communications

Hardware wallets protect your private keys from online hacks, making social engineering and deceptive phishing attempts the primary threat vector. Understand how legitimate support operates compared to fraudulent schemes.

RULE: Never type recovery words on any connected keyboard, screen, or camera.

Vector 01 // Seed Words

24-Word Recovery Phrase Inquiries

Fake Pattern (Malicious)

“Your firmware needs critical synchronization. Type your 24 words into this portal to unlock your account.”

Legitimate Protocol

Official apps NEVER prompt for seed phrases on a computer or mobile keyboard. Words are entered strictly on physical device buttons.

RULE: Disable private DMs on public crypto servers and verify domain signatures.

Vector 02 // Direct Messages

Direct Support Inquiries (Telegram/Discord/X)

Fake Pattern (Malicious)

An “Admin” or “Support Bot” instantly DMs you offering private troubleshooting assistance, screen sharing, or custom verification APKs.

Legitimate Protocol

Hardware manufacturers NEVER initiate direct messages first. All ticket resolutions occur through cryptographically signed help desk domains.

Vector 03 // Phishing Emails

Urgent KYC / Database Breach Notices

Fake Pattern (Malicious)

“Your wallet will be deactivated within 24 hours due to compliance regulation. Click here to verify your identity immediately.”

Legitimate Protocol

Hardware wallets are non-custodial and require no remote KYC. Firmware releases are downloaded only via official companion suites.

RULE: Ignore email links; always update through verified standalone desktop client software.
